Please read the below text in order to better understand our company and practices. 14-day Delivery: We are able to ship all items from stock for delivery within 14 business days. As everything advertised is in stock, there are no long delays or lead-times in shipping your order to you. 14-day Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all of our products. If within 14 days of the delivery date you wish to return your product(s), provided it is in saleable condition and is in the original carton it arrived in, we will refund you in full except for shipping costs. All shipping costs (costs to and from you) are non-refundable. Please contact us before returning any products.   What do we mean by "saleable condition"? Upon receipt of your products, we will inspect the goods and determine if they are in "saleable condition"...we are just trying to determine if any wear or damages occurred that might prevent us from re-selling it.  If it is we will issue a full credit less shipping costs.   Manufacturers Defects: We will issue a replacement piece of any item that is has a manufacturer's defect.  If this is the case, please contact us and let us know the extent of the defect.  We will issue a return authorization number (RA number) and will arrange to pick up the piece so we can inspect it and then issue a replacement.   Order Cancellation: If your order is a stock item, a 25% re-stocking fee may apply. Please contact us to confirm.  You may cancel your order at any time so long as your order has not shipped out.  If it has it is subject to our special order rules or restocking fees.   Freight Damage: If there is damage or shortage on your order, please refuse acceptance until the truck driver endorses the extent of damage or shortage on the delivery notice that comes with your furniture. Please also file a claim immediately with the shipping company and be prepared for the carrier to come to your location to inspect the damages.   Hidden Damage: Inspect the shipment for any potential hidden damage BEFORE the carrier leaves. Reports and damage claims for all carriers are the sole responsibility of the customer.
